Infrasolve has been acquired by AIM quoted Innovise plc to form Innovise ESM which now offers an extended portfolio of ITSM solutions.

Infrasolve, a successful, market-leading IT solutions company specialised in the provision, design, implementation and support of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions is now part of Innovise Enterprise Service Management (ESM).

The acquisition of Infrasolve is the latest, and largest, in a series of strategic acquisitions made by Innovise, which also included the purchase of Abilitec and Harbrook. The three companies: Infrasolve, Abilitec and Harbrook now form Innovise ESM and now provide an extended portfolio of ITSM solutions to blue chip organisations.

The breadth of the joint capability includes: ITSM strategy definition, programme management; organisation and process change; solution design; toolset configuration and integration, ongoing solution support and training. Innovise ESM's portfolio of partners includes CA Technologies, Cisco, IBM, HP, Novell, Service-Now.com, Abilisoft and Tavve.

The existing leadership teams of Infrasolve, Abilitec and Harbrook continue to manage the business and work closely in their combined operations.
